CALEA. Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (“CALEA”) as amended, including any final orders of the FCC, or final regulations promulgated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, or any other federal agency pursuant to CALEA.
CALEA. VoIP Office intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to VoIP Office's right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. Voice Telco Services intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and similar laws (“CALEA”). By using the Service, You hereby agree and consent to Voice Telco Services’ right, pursuant to lawful request by law enforcement or any Governmental Authority, to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of Your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to You.
CALEA. Recognition An applied rate of two percent (2%) above the base rate of pay shall be applied in recognition for being accredited and for the successful maintenance of the accreditation. The application of rate will remain in effect so long as the department remains accredited.
CALEA. 22.1. Xxxxx Group intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to Xxxxx Group’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. HopDial intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to HopDial’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. INTERMEDIA VOICE intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and similar laws (“CALEA”). By using the Service, You hereby agree and consent to Intermedia Voice’s right, pursuant to lawful request by law enforcement or any Governmental Authority, to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of Your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to You. 7 LIMITED WARRANTY; LIMITATION ON LIABILITY; THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
CALEA. Genie Innovations intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act ("CALEA"). By using the Service, Customer hereby agrees and consent to Genie Innovations' right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of Customer's communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to Customer.
CALEA. Community Partner agrees that it is responsible for responding to any requests by government officials for information about the people who access the Internet through the Service provided to Community Partner pursuant to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act or any other law.
CALEA. CenturyLink will follow all public privacy and privacy regulations as required by law and in accordance with CenturyLink policy. CenturyLink is an authorized reseller of the smart phone application and does not carry voice or SMS traffic over the wireless network.
