Calculation Sequence Clause Samples
The Calculation Sequence clause defines the specific order in which calculations or adjustments must be performed under an agreement. In practice, this clause outlines the step-by-step process for determining amounts such as payments, deductions, or adjustments, ensuring that each calculation is based on the correct preceding values. By establishing a clear sequence, the clause prevents disputes or confusion over how figures are derived, thereby ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial or contractual computations.
