Calculation Rate. Overtime hours shall be calculated at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) the number of overtime hours worked. Overtime shall be compensated at time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's regular rate of pay or compensatory time off at time and one-half (1-1/2), at the employee's option.
Calculation Rate. For each Distribution Date, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as having an interest rate of 0.00% per annum.
