Calculation of State Supplemental Rebate. The Supplemental Rebate shall be calculated pursuant to the Supplemental Rebate Formula as set forth in Attachment A.A. The Supplemental Rebate for the quarter will be determined by multiplying the number of Units of the Covered Product(s) reimbursed by Agency in the preceding quarter by the Covered Product(s) Supplemental Rebate Amount per Unit.
