Common use of Calculation of EC Savings Clause in Contracts

Calculation of EC Savings. EC Savings for any Measurement Period will be equal to the sum, for such Measurement Period, of (i) the Energy Use Savings, plus (ii) the Stipulated Non-Energy Savings, in each case as adjusted for changes in Energy Use Factors during such Measurement Period. EC Savings achieved during the Construction Period will be included in the EC Savings for the first Measurement Period.
