Calculation of Accumulated Savings. Accumulated Savings will be increased, for any Measurement Period, by the amount of Excess Savings during such Measurement Period, and will be decreased, for any Measurement Period, by the difference, to the extent positive, between (i) the Guaranteed Savings for such Measurement Period minus (ii) the EC Savings for such Measurement Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Accumulated Savings will not be reduced below zero.
