Calculating Time. If anything is permitted or required to be done: (a) a number of days or Business Days before a specified date, the date by which that thing may or must be done is to be calculated excluding the specified date; Example: if the Settlement Date falls on a Friday, 2 days before the as given: (a) 5 Business Days after posting; (b) if sent by facsimile, at the time indicated on a clear transmission report; and (c) if sent by email, at the time it is sent.
