Common use of Cake Clause in Contracts

Cake. 7.1 The Client will ensure that the cake supplier assembles the Client’s cake and will allocate someone to remove the cake stand ON THE EVENING and return it directly to the cake supplier. The Client agrees that left over cake cannot be stored at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Haven and the Client will ensure collection and removal thereof before departing on the evening. 7.2 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Haven does not bake or provide wedding cakes.
