Caged. BellSouth will make caged collocation available in fifty (50) square foot increments, which should be sufficient enough, to collocate a single rack/bay of equipment. At TelCove’s expense, TelCove will arrange with a Supplier certified by BellSouth (BellSouth Certified Supplier) to construct a collocation arrangement enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s reasonable and nondiscriminatory Technical References (TRs) (Specifications), where technically feasible as that term has been defined by the FCC, prior to starting equipment installation. BellSouth will provide Specifications to its BellSouth Certified Suppliers. Where local building codes require enclosure specifications more stringent than BellSouth’s enclosure Specifications, TelCove and TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier must comply with the more stringent local building code requirements. TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. BellSouth shall cooperate with TelCove and provide, at TelCove’s expense, the documentation, including existing building architectural drawings, enclosure drawings, and Specifications required and necessary for TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier to obtain the zoning, permits and/or other licenses. TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall xxxx TelCove directly for all work performed for TelCove pursuant to this Attachment. BellSouth shall have no liability for, nor responsibility to pay, such charges imposed by TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for KMC Data.

Caged. Sprint will authorize the enclosure of CLEC’s equipment and facilities at CLEC’s option. Sprint will provide guidelines and specifications upon request. Based on CLEC’s request, space and cage enclosures in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay or equipment will be made available. At CLEC’s option, Sprint will permit CLEC to arrange with a third party vendor to construct a Collocation Arrangement enclosure at CLEC's sole expense. CLEC's third party vendor will be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. The third party vendor shall xxxx XXXX directly for all work performed for CLEC and Sprint will have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the third party vendor. CLEC must provide the local Sprint building contact with one Access key used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, Sprint will not access CLEC's locked enclosure prior to notifying CLEC and obtaining authorization.

DukeNet must provide the local BellSouth Central Office building contact with two Access Keys that will allow entry into the locked enclosure. Except in the case of an emergency, BellSouth Version 1Q03: 02/28/03 will not access DukeNet’s locked enclosure prior to notifying DukeNet at least forty- eight (48) hours or two (2) business days, whichever is greater, before access to the Collocation Space is required. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for DukeNet.

Caged a form of collocation which allows Comcast to lease caged floor space to house their equipment within Windstream Wire Centers or access tandems pursuant to this attachment. The minimum floor space requirement for caged collocation is 100 sq. feet.

Caged. Sprint will authorize the enclosure of CLEC’s equipment and facilities at CLEC’s option. Sprint will provide guidelines and specifications upon request. Based on CLEC’s request, space and cage enclosures in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay or equipment will be made available. At CLEC’s option, Sprint will permit CLEC to arrange with a third party vendor to construct a Collocation Arrangement enclosure at CLEC’s sole expense. If CLEC is the first CLEC in a Sprint Premises, CLEC will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation and security. CLEC’s third party vendor will be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. The third party vendor shall xxxx XXXX directly for all work performed for CLEC and Sprint will have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the third party vendor. CLEC must provide the local Sprint building contact with one Access key used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, Sprint will not access CLEC’s locked enclosure prior to notifying CLEC and obtaining authorization.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Catering The IU Auditorium staff may suggest caterers for your event; however, the Licensee will be responsible for paying all catering costs in a timely manner. All caterers in the IU Auditorium must be pre-approved by Auditorium Management and possess all valid Indiana licenses for food service and the service of alcoholic beverages (if applicable). The caterer must carry commercial general and auto liability insurance, including a products-completed operations endorsement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate. Licensee must be in compliance with all other university regulations regarding food service including, but not limited to, completing the University Office of Environmental Health & Safety’s Temporary Food Service application. In addition, “The Trustees of Indiana University, its officers, agents and employees” must be named as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance for both Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability coverage. The Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to Indiana University for review and approval at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the scheduled date of the event. If Licensee’s vendor/caterer fails to comply with any of the requirements described in this section, the vendor/caterer will not be permitted to serve food or alcohol at the Event and Licensor shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by Licensee or Licensee’s subcontractors as a result of such cancellation. Stage Labor The Auditorium Production Stage Manager and the Licensee in conjunction with the Auditorium Management shall determine the number of employees necessary for the call. Manpower must be maintained until such time as work in all departments is fully completed. All requests for manpower must be submitted in writing forty-eight (48) hours prior to load-in. Indiana University Auditorium is under contract with IATSE Local #618. Licensee agrees to abide by the rules of this agreement governing stage labor. IU Auditorium Facility Usage Policies It is further agreed and understood that all of the Facility Usage Policies including all addenda published by the date of this Agreement are hereby incorporated as part of this contract and the Licensee has received a copy of the Indiana University Auditorium Facility and General Information. Please initial here: Sound System If sound equipment is carried by the performing company, artist, or conference, the Indiana University Auditorium Production Stage Manager, after consultation with representatives of the company, may permit use of the company's equipment in conjunction with the house system. If Licensee is to mix sound system from the road sound mixing position, mixing stacks and/or equipment to be no higher than forty-eight (48) inches from the floor. Front Lighting There are no balcony rail house lighting positions in the Indiana University Auditorium.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.
