Caged. At DSLi’s expense, DSLi may arrange with a Supplier certified by BellSouth (“Certified Supplier”) to construct a collocation arrangement enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications prior to starting equipment installation. BellSouth will provide guidelines and specifications upon request. Where local building codes require enclosure specifications more stringent than BellSouth’s standard enclosure specification, DSLi and DSLi’s Certified Supplier must comply with the more stringent local building code requirements. DSLi’s Certified Supplier shall be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. BellSouth shall cooperate with DSLi and provide, at DSLi’s expense, the documentation, including existing building architectural drawings, enclosure drawings, and specifications required and necessary for DSLi to obtain the zoning, permits and/or other licenses. DSLi’s Certified Supplier shall ▇▇▇▇ DSLi directly for all work performed for DSLi pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth shall have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the DSLi’s Certified Supplier. DSLi must provide the local BellSouth building contact with two Access Keys used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will not access DSLi’s locked enclosure prior to notifying DSLi. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for DSLi.
3.2.1 BellSouth may elect to review DSLi’s plans and specifications prior to allowing construction to start to ensure compliance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications. Notification to DSLi indicating BellSouth’s desire to execute this review will be provided in BellSouth’s response to the Initial Application, if DSLi has indicated their desire to construct their own enclosure. If DSLi’s Initial Application Version 3Q01: 10/22/01 does not indicate their desire to construct their own enclosure, but their subsequent firm order does indicate their desire to construct their own enclosure, then notification to review will be given within ten (10) calendar days after the Firm Order date. . Caged. Sprint will authorize the enclosure of CLEC’s equipment and facilities at CLEC’s option. Sprint will provide guidelines and specifications upon request. Based on CLEC’s request, space and cage enclosures in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay or equipment will be made available. At CLEC’s option, Sprint will permit CLEC to arrange with a third party vendor to construct a Collocation Arrangement enclosure at CLEC’s sole expense. If CLEC is the first CLEC in a Sprint Premises, CLEC will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation and security. CLEC’s third party vendor will be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. The third party vendor shall ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ directly for all work performed for CLEC and Sprint will have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the third party vendor. CLEC must provide the local Sprint building contact with one Access key used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, Sprint will not access CLEC’s locked enclosure prior to notifying CLEC and obtaining authorization.
87.2.1. Sprint has the right to review CLEC’s plans and specifications prior to allowing construction to start. Sprint will complete its review within fifteen (15) calendar days. Sprint has the right to inspect the enclosure after construction to make sure it is constructed according to the submitted plans and specifications. Sprint can require CLEC to remove or correct, at its cost, any structure that does not meet these plans.

At DukeNet’s expense, DukeNet may arrange with a Supplier certified by BellSouth (“BellSouth Certified Supplier”) to construct a collocation arrangement enclosure, where technically feasible as that term has been defined by the FCC, in accordance with BellSouth’s Technical References (TR) (“Specifications”) prior to starting equipment installation. BellSouth will provide Specifications upon request. DukeNet’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. BellSouth shall cooperate with DukeNet and provide, at DukeNet’s expense, the documentation, including existing building architectural drawings, enclosure drawings, and Specifications required and necessary for DukeNet’s BellSouth Certified Supplier to obtain the zoning, permits and/or other licenses. DukeNet’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall bill DukeNet directly for all work performed for DukeNet pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth shall have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by DukeNet’s BellSouth Certified Supplier. DukeNet must provide the local BellSouth Remote Site Location contact with two Access Keys used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will not access DukeNet’s locked enclosure prior to notifying DukeNet at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to the Remote Site Location is required. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for DukeNet.

Caged a form of collocation which allows Comcast to lease caged floor space to house their equipment within Windstream Wire Centers or access tandems pursuant to this attachment. The minimum floor space requirement for caged collocation is 100 sq. feet.
