For each eligible Employee who has been Continuously Employed by the Employer for sufficient time as to be eligible for the Employer’s hospital-medical benefit plan, the Employer shall make the amounts listed below available to the Employee for contribution to the Employer’s Internal Revenue Code Section 125 cafeteria plan program.
