Common use of CAF Eurodollar Rate Advances Clause in Contracts

CAF Eurodollar Rate Advances. In the case of each CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate applicable to such CAF Advance plus or minus, as the case may be, the CAF Margin specified by a Lender with respect to such CAF Advance in its Competitive Bid submitted pursuant to Section 2.04(b), payable on the date or dates specified in the relevant Competitive Bid Request.
