C ommunication. Employees who have concerns regarding their working conditions are encouraged to raise those concerns through the appropriate levels of supervision.
C ommunication. The Association shall have the right to post notices of interest to employees on faculty bulletin boards, in teacher’s lounges and workrooms not generally open to the public or students. Each notice shall be signed by the official responsible for its posting and unsigned notices may not be posted. The Association may use the district email, mail services and the employee’s mail boxes for communication to employees provided each such notice has been signed by the Association official responsible for the communication.
C ommunication. All residents are required to monitor their Hospital email on a daily basis. Resident will be required to obtain a smartphone device, with a US domestic phone number, for the purpose of communicating with the Program and Hospital and obtain access to Hospital’s email system and internet. A monthly “cell phone” stipend, subject to applicable taxes, will be provided for such use after all required documentation has been submitted and approved..
C ommunication. Except at the informal level, each communication concerning a grievance shall be in writing, hand delivered and receipted or delivered by certified mail. If delivered by certified mail, time limits at the various steps shall be in addition to the time it takes for the mail to be posted and received.
C ommunication. The primary communication channel between Midwest and supplier shall be through Midwest Supply Chain Management / Purchasing. It is permissible to have Engineering to Engineering or Quality Assurance to Quality Assurance communication, as appropriate, to resolve technical issues. Commercial communication is to be through Supply Chain Management / Purchasing, unless inquiry / communication is initiated from another Midwest Department.
C ommunication. Design-Builder and Owner Parties shall develop and implement acceptable procedures for reviewing, documenting, and processing questions and responses, including requests for information, requests for clarification, minor changes in the Work, and Change Orders. If Owner Parties so choose, Design-Builder shall furnish a web-based system, to facilitate such communications quickly and accurately.
