C ommencement Sample Clauses
C ommencement. The BOARD and ASSOCIATION shall commence bargaining for a successor agreement on or before March 1st and shall bargain in good faith as per the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act and its Rules and Regulations. Prior to the commencement of bargaining, the ASSOCIATION and BOARD will meet to discuss bargaining procedures.
C ommencement. Contractor shall not start any Work until (a) all termination rights under S ection 4.1 (Upfront Cancellation) have expired or been waived, (b) Contractor has received a written confirmation of bonding by Bolster or the applicable Surety Provider, and (c) Contractor has obtained all necessary state or local building, construction or other permits.
C ommencement. Consultant is authorized to begin rendering services under this contract from the date of its execution.
