Common use of Bylaws/Operating Agreement Clause in Contracts

Bylaws/Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws, operating agreement or limited liability company agreement of each Borrower certified by an Officer of such Borrower as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date to be true and correct and in force and effect as of such date.

Bylaws/Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws, operating agreement or limited liability company agreement of each Borrower certified by an Officer of such Borrower as of the Fourth First Amendment Effective Date to be true and correct and in force and effect as of such date.
