Common use of Bylaws/Operating Agreement Clause in Contracts

Bylaws/Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws or operating agreement, as applicable, of each Borrower certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the Borrowers to be true and correct as of the Initial Funding Date.

Bylaws/Operating Agreement. A copy of the bylaws or operating agreement, as applicable, of each Borrower certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the Borrowers such Borrower to be true and correct as of the Initial Funding Closing Date.
