Common use of By the Company for Cause or by the Executive Without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

By the Company for Cause or by the Executive Without Good Reason. If the Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder is terminated by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 4(b) or by the Executive without Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(e), the Company shall as soon as practicable pay the Executive any Base Salary accrued and due to the Executive under Section 3(a) through the Executive’s date of termination and the Executive shall forfeit his entire unpaid Bonus, if any. Other than the foregoing, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive hereunder.

By the Company for Cause or by the Executive Without Good Reason. If the Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder is terminated by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 4(b) or by the Executive without Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(e), the Company shall shall, as soon as practicable practicable, pay the Executive any Base Salary and/or expense reimbursement entitlements accrued and due to the Executive under Section Sections 3(a), 3(b) and/or 3(e) through the Executive’s date of termination and the Executive shall forfeit his entire then unpaid Bonus, if any. Other than the foregoing, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive hereunder.

If during the Employment Period the Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder is terminated by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 4(b5(c) hereof or by the Executive without Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(e)5(e) hereof, the Company Group shall as soon as practicable pay the Executive any Base Salary accrued and due to the Executive under Section 3(a) through the Executive’s date of termination and the Executive shall forfeit his entire unpaid Bonus, if anyAccrued Obligations. Other than the foregoingFollowing such payments, the Company Group shall have no further obligations obligations, including with respect to any Annual Bonus, to the Executive hereunderother than as may be required by law.
