Common use of By the Company for Cause or by Executive Clause in Contracts

By the Company for Cause or by Executive. If during the Employment Term, Executive’s employment is terminated (1) by the Company for Cause or (2) by Executive, the Company shall pay to Executive the Accrued Obligation within 30 days following the Termination Date or such earlier date as may be required by law. Executive (or his designated beneficiary or legal representative, if applicable) shall be paid the Benefit Obligation at the times specified in and in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans and compensation arrangements. Following such payments, the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive other than as may be required by law.
