Common use of By RAC Clause in Contracts

By RAC. To induce the Managing Facility Agent and the Purchasers to enter into this Amendment, RAC hereby represents and warrants to the Managing Facility Agent and the Purchasers as of the Amendment Effective Date that as of the date hereof and after giving effect to this Amendment, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 9 of the Repurchase Agreement are true and correct in all material respects.
