BY PLEDGOR Sample Clauses

The "By Pledgor" clause outlines the specific obligations, representations, or actions that the pledgor—the party offering collateral—must fulfill under an agreement. Typically, this clause details requirements such as maintaining the pledged asset, providing necessary documentation, or ensuring that the collateral remains unencumbered. Its core function is to clearly allocate responsibilities to the pledgor, thereby protecting the interests of the secured party and ensuring the enforceability of the security arrangement.
