By Function. In some cases, DPL Services makes information available to You (including information that may be based in whole or in part on Your User Content). DPL reserves the right to limit the forms that such Output or other information is made available to You. DPL further reserves the right to modify DPL Services and information (including Output format) offerings at any time without notice to You.
By Function. Services are shown below by functional area but performance of Services and the Company SLAs is not limited by any such categorization. For example, if responsibilities shift from one area to another or are jointly provided, the Services and Company SLAs will continue to be performed, even if they are not in the functional areas currently listed. The following Company SLAs apply to all Services performed by all functions and operations, regardless of where performed within the Company organization. By Function. Hard and soft tissue may be prepared into graft forms which perform any function or functions, including, without limitation, one or more of the following functions, when used: Remodeling; incorporation; fusion between skeletal bones, bone portions and/or grafts; mechanical support; fixation; fastening of skeletal elements, soft tissue, or implants to each other; stabilization of skeletal elements or implants; providing shape; including bone formation; anchoring implants or grafts or anatomical structures; filling voids; bridging gaps; forming cartilage; adhering, binding or grouting skeletal elements, soft tissue or grafts; resurfacing; separating bony elements; delivering drugs, cells, bioactive molecules, DNA and/or biomaterials. In this Agreement the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular; references to statutes or regulations are to be construed as including all statutory or regulatory provisions consolidating, amending or replacing the statute or regulation referred to; references to "writing" including printing, typing, lithography and other means of reproducing words in a tangible visible form; references to articles, section (or subdivisions of sections), exhibits, annexes or schedules are to this Agreement unless otherwise indicated; references to agreements and other contractual instruments shall be deemed to include all schedules and exhibits to such agreement and all subsequent amendments and other modifications to such agreements and contractual instruments, but only to the extent such amendments and other modifications are not prohibited by the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated; and references to persons or entities include their respective permitted successors and assigns and, in the case of any governmental entity, governmental entities succeeding to their respective functions and capacities. The headings used in this Agreement and the table of contents are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute a part hereof.
