Common use of By Death or Disability Clause in Contracts

By Death or Disability. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ employment is terminated due to his death or permanent disability, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to severance pay in accordance with the provisions of 6.5.2 and 6.5.3 above.
