Common use of By Consultant Clause in Contracts

By Consultant. 7.1.1 The City reserves the right to suspend this Agreement at the end of any phase for the convenience of the City by issuing a written and signed Notice of Suspension. The Consultant may terminate this Agreement for convenience in the event such suspension extends for a period beyond 120 calendar days by delivering a Notice of Termination to the City. 7.1.2 The Consultant must follow the Termination Procedure outlined in this Agreement.
