Common use of By ATIS Clause in Contracts

By ATIS. In the event ATIS replaces Policy Administrator with a new policy administrator, or otherwise assigns iconectiv LLC’s status as a Party under this Agreement to a successor by posting a notice of such replacement or assignment to the STI Participant Portal, upon XXXX’ posting of such notice, this Agreement will be automatically assigned to such new policy administrator or successor.
