Buyer’s Responsibility for Taxes. The Buyer is liable for and shall pay, or cause to be paid, or reimburse the Supplier if the Supplier has paid, all Taxes applicable to any Contingent Support Payment due to the Supplier. If any GST or PST is payable in connection with the Contingent Support Payment, such GST or PST shall be paid by the Buyer.
