Buyer’s Responsibility for Taxes. ‌ The Buyer is liable for and shall pay, or cause to be paid, or reimburse the Supplier if the Supplier has paid, all Taxes applicable to any Monthly Payment due to the Supplier. If any HST is payable in connection with the Monthly Payment, such HST shall be paid by the Buyer. In the event that the Supplier is required to remit such Taxes, the amount thereof shall be deducted from any sums becoming due to the Buyer hereunder, or shall be added to any sums becoming due to the Supplier hereunder.
