Common use of Buyers’ Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Buyers’ Cooperation. The Buyers agree to cooperate among themselves and with the Administrative Agent and from time to time upon the Administrative Agent’s request, to execute and deliver such papers as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Administrative Agent, in its capacity as lead buyer and servicer, to effectively administer and service the Purchased Mortgage Loans and Transactions in the manner contemplated by this Agreement and the Repurchase Agreement.

Buyers’ Cooperation. The Buyers agree to cooperate among themselves and with the Administrative Agent and from time to time upon the Administrative Agent’s request, to execute and deliver such papers as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Administrative Agent, in its capacity as lead buyer and servicerAgent, to effectively administer this Agreement and service the other Repurchase Documents, the Purchased Mortgage Loans and Transactions each Buyer’s Pro Rata undivided ownership interest in the Purchased Loans in the manner contemplated by this Agreement and the Repurchase Agreement. 22.10.
