BUYERS CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining all required approvals and certifications for its product incorporating Seller's Product, at its expense. Seller agrees to consult with Buyer in connection with Buyer's applications for such approvals and certifications and to provide testing, data, and documentation in connection therewith.
