Common use of BUY AMERICAN PROVISIONS COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

BUY AMERICAN PROVISIONS COMPLIANCE. To the extent applicable, Supplier must comply with all applicable provisions of the Buy American Act. Purchases made in accordance with the Buy American Act must follow the applicable procurement rules calling for free and open competition.

To the extent applicable, Any order requiring Buy American provisions will not be accepted until Supplier must confirms in writing it can comply with all the specific applicable provisions of the Buy American Actclause cited. Due to the size and scope of Vendor’s rental fleet, Vendor may be unable to confirm country of origin of each brand of equipment offered for rental.
