Common use of Business with the Group Clause in Contracts

Business with the Group. The Facility Agent, the Borrower Security Trustee and the Mandated Lead Arrangers may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

Business with the Group. The Facility Agent, the Borrower Security Trustee Agent, the Documentation Agent, the Fronting Banks and the Mandated Lead Arrangers may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

Business with the Group. The Facility Agent, the Borrower Security Trustee Mandated Lead Arranger and the Mandated Lead Arrangers Security Agent may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.
