Common use of Business Plans; Budget Clause in Contracts

Business Plans; Budget. (a) The Board shall adopt and approve an annual business plan and budget for the Company (the “Annual Plan and Budget”), which shall be subject to the Significant Matters approval requirements contained in Section 6.4. In addition, the Board shall adopt a business plan and budget for the Company covering three years, which will consist of general milestones and/or additional details, and shall include a financial plan (the “Multi-Year Plan”). At all times, the Annual Plan and Budget, and the Multi-Year Plan approved by the Board, and any proposed modifications thereto, shall be subject to approval, review, amendment and modification by the Board (subject to the Significant Matters approval requirements contained in Section 6.4).
