Business of the PRC Companies. Prior to entering into any new business other than those in the scope of the Business, each Seller Party shall use its best efforts and take all necessary actions to carry out its business activities as currently conducted, including, without limitation, hiring employees, renting office space, employing legal and technical consultants and undertaking other customary business activities. From the Closing and until the Business Plan is duly amended in accordance with all necessary procedures, the business of the Group Companies shall be limited to the Business.
