Common use of Business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than in the case of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, (x) any business or business activity conducted by any of them on the Closing Date and any business or business activities incidental or related thereto, or any business or business activity that is reasonably similar or complementary thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto, including the consummation of the Transactions and (y) such other business or business activity as may be consented to by the Requisite Lenders from time to time, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
