Common use of Business Manager Clause in Contracts

The term "Business Manager" shall mean Castle Dental Centers of Tennessee, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, or any entity that succeeds to the interests of Castle Dental Centers of Tennessee, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, and to whom the obligations of Business Manager are assigned and transferred.
