Common use of Business Identification Clause in Contracts

Business Identification. Licensee shall not use the Trademarks or any of them as a part of his corporate or business name and shall use in connection with his food service business only one or more of the Trademarks as may be designated periodically by American as the trade name on the store from which the said food service products and services are sold, but Licensee shall also display the "Dairy Queen" Trademark on said store.
