Common use of Business Days Clause in Contracts

Business Days. Whenever any payment shall be due under this Note on a day which is not a Business Day, the date on which such payment is due shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the amount of interest then payable.
