Business Autoship or Fashion Fix. When a Consultant subscribes to receive the monthly business autoshipment (hereafter referred to as the Fashion Fix), the Consultant acknowledges that it is an optional service, and is in no form required by this document, literature, or training. The Fashion Fix is designed to help the Consultants in the following ways:

  • Business Auto (i) Coverage shall be at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office Business Auto Coverage form covering Automobile Liability, code 1 “any auto”.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation.   • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Effective Date, Term and Approval This Agreement shall become effective with respect to a Fund, if approved by the shareholders of such Fund, on the Effective Date for such Fund, as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto. If so approved, this Agreement shall thereafter continue in force and effect until June 30, 2001, and may be continued from year to year thereafter, provided that the continuation of the Agreement is specifically approved at least annually:

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Reverse ADSL Loops If a CLEC’s ADSL Transmission Unit (including those integrated into DSLAMs) is attached to Sprint’s Network and if an ADSL Copper Loop should start at an outside location, and is looped through a host or remote, and then to the subscriber, the copper plant from the outside location to the Sprint host or remote central office must be a facility dedicated to ADSL transmission only and not part of Sprint’s regular feeder or distribution plant.

  • Business Auto Liability The automobile liability insurance provided by the Contractor shall conform to the requirements hereinafter set forth:

  • Voice Grade Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution – Intrabuilding Network Cable (aka riser cable)

  • Business Arrangements Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has granted rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the exclusive right of the Company or such subsidiary to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.
