Business Agents. 20.1 A representative shall be admitted to the Company’s premises to attend meetings related to employees, to observe working conditions, to access the coffee room and bulletin boards at such a time and place as mutually agreed with the Manager. The Union Representative agrees to comply with the Company rules and policies and the Company agrees that such visitation rights shall not be unreasonably denied.
