Common use of Bus Passes Clause in Contracts

Bus Passes. Employees eligible for benefits will have TransLink provided bus passes arranged through the Employer. In the event that TransLink will provide additional bus passes, the Employer will distribute these passes to eligible staff. Any new bus pass provisions offered by TransLink to eligible HandyDART employees, or their families, will be made available through the Employer. The Employer is not responsible for additional passes unless provided by TransLink.
