Bus Drivers Split Shift Differential. Effective July 1, 2022, Bus drivers shall receive split shift differential equal to thirty-eight-point five percent (38.5%) of one (1) hour of the employees’ regular hourly rate subject to the split being longer than one-half (½) hour. Split shift differential will not apply to field trips.
