Bus Drivers and Bus Clause Samples

The 'Bus Drivers and Bus' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the provision and operation of buses and their drivers under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for supplying the bus, ensuring it is properly maintained, and providing qualified drivers who meet all legal and safety standards. For example, it may specify that the service provider must ensure drivers have valid licenses and that the bus complies with all regulatory requirements.
