Bus Driver Shift Premium. Bus Drivers shall receive a shift premium of fifty cent ($0.50) per hour in addition to their hourly rate of pay for all hours worked after 5:00 pm transporting students from school to home on those regular routes which are designed to end after 5:00 pm. This premium does not apply to activity routes which already receive a premium identified in A.4 above.
