Common use of Bundled Services Clause in Contracts

Bundled Services. If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

Bundled Services. If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee fee required under this Section Article 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, for purposes of calculating Franchise fee payments any discount resulting from purchasing the Franchise Fee services as a bundle shall be applied only to reasonably allocated between the value of respective services that constitute the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or ordersbundled transaction.

Bundled Services. If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee fee required under this Section Article 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards standards, or orders.

If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee fee required under this Section 6 Article 7 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders. Any discounts resulting from purchasing the services as a bundle shall be reasonably allocated between the respective non-regulated services that constitute the bundled transaction.

If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 7 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders. Franchisee shall not allocate revenue between Cable Services and Non Cable Services with the purpose of evading or substantially reducing the Franchisee’s Franchise Fee obligations to the LFA.

Bundled Services. If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee fee required under this Section Article 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of the Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, generally accepted accounting principles and applicable laws and regulations, standards or orders.

If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section Article 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.
