Common use of Bunching Orders Clause in Contracts

Bunching Orders. Client agrees that Sub-Adviser may aggregate sales and purchase orders of Account with similar orders being made simultaneously for other accounts managed by Sub-Adviser, if in Sub-Adviser's reasonable judgment such aggregation shall result in an overall economic benefit to the Account over a reasonable period of time, taking into consideration the advantageous selling or purchase price, brokerage commission and other expenses. Client acknowledges that the determination of such economic benefit to Client by Sub-Adviser represents Sub-Adviser's evaluation that client is benefited by relatively better purchase or sales prices, lower commission expenses and beneficial timing of transactions or a combination of these and other factors over a reasonable period of time.
