Bumping Pattern and Process. (i) The pattern of bumping shall be established by the Board in accordance with the principle that an Affected Employee shall Bump the Employee with the least Seniority in an Eligible Lateral Position or an Eligible Lower Position, provided the Affected Employee is qualified for that position and possesses greater Seniority than the incumbent.
