When a Temporary Full Clause Samples
The 'When a Temporary Full' clause defines the conditions and procedures that apply when a temporary situation arises in which full performance or capacity is achieved, but only for a limited period. In practice, this clause might specify how parties should respond if a service or facility temporarily operates at full capacity, such as outlining notification requirements, adjustments to obligations, or temporary changes in payment terms. Its core function is to provide clear guidance for handling short-term periods of full performance, ensuring both parties understand their rights and responsibilities during these temporary circumstances and preventing disputes over expectations or entitlements.
When a Temporary Full time Employee attains a permanent position, the Employee shall be credited with seniority and vacation entitlement for only the continuous full- time temporary service worked immediately prior to attainment of the permanent position. It remains the decision of the Department Head, in consultation with Human Resources, as to whether any of this time is to be credited towards reducing the probation period.
