Bulky Item Diversion Sample Clauses
The Bulky Item Diversion clause establishes procedures for the handling and redirection of large or oversized items that are not suitable for standard waste disposal. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of parties for identifying, separating, and arranging for the special collection or recycling of items such as furniture, appliances, or construction debris. By specifying these requirements, the clause ensures that bulky items are managed in an environmentally responsible manner and do not disrupt regular waste management operations.
Bulky Item Diversion. Basic [and Enhanced] Bulky Items Collected under this Agreement, may not be landfilled or disposed of until the following hierarchy of Diversion efforts has been followed by Hauler:
1) Reuse as is;
2) Disassemble for reuse or Recycling;
Bulky Item Diversion. Bulky Items Collected by Contractor in accordance with Section 4.1.12, 4.4.3, and 4.4.4, or otherwise Collected under this Agreement, may not be landfilled or disposed of until the following hierarchy of Diversion efforts has been followed by Contractor:
1) Reuse as is;
2) Disassemble for reuse or Recycling;
3) Recycle;
Bulky Item Diversion. Contractor shall Divert all Bulky Item materials that it Collects to appropriate Recycling outlets. Contractor shall transport and deliver Bulky Items and excess Refuse that cannot be Diverted to a Recycling facility to a licensed Disposal facility.
Bulky Item Diversion. Bulky Waste Collected by Company in accordance with Sections 4.2.5 (On- Call Bulky Waste Pickup) or 4.2.6 (Bulky Item Diversion), or otherwise Collected under this Agreement, may not be landfilled or disposed of until the following hierarchy of diversion efforts has been followed by Company:
1) Reuse as is (if energy efficient)
2) Disassemble for reuse or Recycling
3) Recycle, transformation, other means of diversion
