Bulky Item Diversion Sample Clauses

The Bulky Item Diversion clause establishes procedures for the handling and redirection of large or oversized items that are not suitable for standard waste disposal. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of parties for identifying, separating, and arranging for the special collection or recycling of items such as furniture, appliances, or construction debris. Bulky Item Diversion. Basic [and Enhanced] Bulky Items Collected under this Agreement, may not be landfilled or disposed of until the following hierarchy of Diversion efforts has been followed by Hauler: 1) Reuse as is; 2) Disassemble for reuse or Recycling;
