Building Types. A range of residential building types, both market rate and affordable, are proposed for Treasure Island and are more specifically described and illustrated in the Land Use Plan. In accordance with construction standards required by varying building heights, the buildings have been defined for these purposes as low-rise (buildings 65 feet and lower), mid-rise (buildings above 65 feet and less than 240 feet), and high-rise (buildings 240 feet and above). Approximately 50% of all of the housing units will be in low-rise buildings, 35% in mid-rise buildings and 15% in high-rise buildings.

Building Types. I would suggest adding language that the developer have oversight of building standards if “standards” are specified to include Kittitas County Building Code.
