Building Schematic Plans Clause Samples
The Building Schematic Plans clause defines the requirements and procedures for preparing and submitting initial design drawings for a construction project. It typically outlines the level of detail, format, and timeline for delivering schematic plans, and may specify the parties responsible for review and approval. This clause ensures that all stakeholders have a clear and agreed-upon visual representation of the project's layout and major components early in the design process, helping to prevent misunderstandings and costly changes later on.
