Common use of Building Over Clause in Contracts

Building Over. S.6 The Developer shall not build plant or place anything over or within three metres measured horizontally from the centreline of any Sewer (or such other distance as may be reasonably specified by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx) without the written consent of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx PROVIDED THAT consent shall be deemed to be refused if consent is not given within ten days PROVIDED ALSO THAT this condition shall not apply to anything shown on the Drawings or the Layout Plan within the Protected Strip.
