Project, and Landlord shall have reserves the right to change the name, address, number or designation name and/or address of the Building and/or the Project at any time. Tenant shall not use the name of the Building, the Project or Project without liability such development for any purpose other than as the address of the business to Tenantbe conducted by Tenant in the Premises, and Tenant shall not acquire any property right in or to any name which contains said word combination as a part thereof.
